Love kids and want to make a difference? We’re looking for Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team!

We will provide you with the training you need to get the certification, sponsor the cost of your exam, and give you a $350 bonus upon completion.

If you are already certified as an RBT, you will receive a $350 sign-on bonus.

Who You Are:

• 18 years or older
• Has integrity, reliability, and communication skills
• Teachable, coachable, and willing to learn and complete training

You also need to have an up-to-date driver’s license valid for use in Tennessee as well as transportation to get you to/from client sessions.

How You’ll Help:

• Teach life skills to autistic children aged 2 – 10 using positive reinforcement ABA therapy. Tasks could include helping kids learn to eat lunch properly, tie their shoes, etc.
• Travel to client homes to complete in-home therapy sessions and register logs of completed shifts.
• Communicate with parents, your BCBA supervisor, and Momentum.

Starting pay is $19 per hour as a Registered Behavior Technician with the potential to increase as you gain additional experience.
